We’re looking to add a highly talented and energetic Inside Sales Representative in our new Redwood City, CA office to help develop new business and expand existing account relationships for fresh food traceability. The successful candidate will ideally have deep ties in the produce industry, and be energized by delivering solutions to enhance food safety and help customers grow revenues and market share.

| Duties: | •Following up on in-bound inquiries from web, phone and lead generation efforts this includes sending out whitepapers, following up with phone calls, and qualifying the deals
•Cold calling based on lists and other targets
•Passing qualified leads to the Business Development and Field Sales teams for follow-up
•Ablity to communicate value-base and technical concepts over the phone and through on line web demos
•Proposal generation
•Coordinate moving a deal through the pipeline, by working with Sales team and other key team members on contracts, proposals, problem solving, technical questions, pricing, etc.
•Trade show support, including possible trade show booth staffing and attendance
•Help consolidate data/analysis from pilot implementations

| Qualifications: | For success in this role, you will possess:
•Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required or equivalent education and/or experience
•Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an inside sales role with a software organization
•Proven track record meeting and exceeding goals in an inside sales role
•Detail oriented, relationship-building skills, and a focus on a high level of customer service
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Positive attitude and "love of selling", including cold calling
•Knowledge of produce community is a plus
